Read the 13 Essentials without a card. Eligible accounts can join the free message board. Under 13? Read public guides without an account. Teen community access is preparing for launch with human safety support.

Choose your iPhone, Android or desktop instructions. Download a small map and your guides while online, then open them with Wi-Fi and mobile data turned off. Map files, USB adapters and storage support vary by device.

Use the Prepper account linked to your purchase. On the phone, connect in Maintenance mode and choose Restore purchases for Apple/Google purchases, or Restore account Toolkit for account purchases. On the website, refresh purchase access. A checkout return page alone is not proof of payment.
If access is pending, do not buy again. Keep the receipt and check the account and store you originally used.

Apple and Google handle refunds for their store purchases. Their subscription settings apply to recurring subscriptions; a one-time Toolkit has no subscription to cancel. Website purchases use Prepper billing support. No paid membership is open at this stage.
Report a community concern
Use Report on a post, choose Child safety if relevant, and block the account if needed. Reports are queued for human review. New posts wait for approval. This is not an emergency-response service.

The published contact is hello@upsolai.com. Include your device, app version, the error and a receipt reference if needed. Never send passwords, verification codes or full card details.
A deletion request is recorded for review; it is not an instant deletion. Shared UpSol account dependencies must be checked.
