Community standards
Version September 27, 2026. These standards apply to posts, photos, profiles and automated contributions.
Age and safer sharing
Accounts and message boards are for ages 13 and older. Under-13 visitors can read public guides without an account. Ages 13–17 use a nickname and text-only posts; no photos, external links, contact details or exact coordinates. Do not share your school, home address, full name or passwords. Do not arrange private meetings or move chats elsewhere. Report unsafe contact and tell a trusted adult. Age range is private; corrections need support review. Age is self-declared, not independently verified.
Keep participation safe
No threats, harassment, hate, sexual exploitation, doxxing, fraud, spam, impersonation, illegal sales or instructions for causing harm. Do not post sexual content or graphic injury imagery. Child sexual abuse and exploitation, including grooming and sexualized depictions of minors, are prohibited.
Practical information, honestly described
Do not invent personal experience, credentials, endorsements or emergency reports. Distinguish estimates and opinions from verified facts. Never share passwords, private addresses, invitation keys or someone else’s personal information. Only upload content you have the right to share.
Review, reporting and blocking
New posts and photos enter moderator review before publication. Approval is not professional verification. Use Report on a post to flag the content or author, and Block author to hide their contributions. Moderators may reject or remove content and suspend posting. Reports and deletion requests are handled by administrators; they do not contact emergency services.
Preparedness is not emergency response
Follow local authorities and qualified professionals during an emergency. Infrastructure entries do not establish safe access, current operation or availability as a shelter. Food estimates are planning aids, not medical prescriptions. Do not rely on forum or automated advice for urgent treatment or dangerous procedures.
