Your chosen name is held for 3 hours while you finish signup. If you do not finish, it is released and you must restart signup. Completed workspaces are never released.
How seats work
Active user
A person who can sign in and use assigned workspace capabilities occupies one seat.
Invited user
A pending invitation reserves a seat so the workspace cannot exceed its plan.
Deactivated user
Access ends and the seat becomes available, while authorized records remain governed by retention rules.
