Your chosen name is held for 3 hours while you finish signup. If you do not finish, it is released and you must restart signup. Completed workspaces are never released.
Capabilities are included by planYour workspace receives the configured Essential capabilities after verified activation. No module or seat quantity selection is required here.
How seats work
Active user
A person who can sign in and use assigned workspace capabilities occupies one seat.
Invited user
A pending invitation reserves a seat so the workspace cannot exceed its plan.
Deactivated user
Access ends and the seat becomes available, while authorized records remain governed by retention rules.
